Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy
CBT for Behavioral Issues & Co-Occurring Disorders
What is CBT?
Those who suffer from behavioral issues, and those co-occurring with addiction are often driven by destructive thought patterns. CBT is an evidence-based modality that encourages clients to question and examine their recurring thoughts.
Through structured interventions with our Master’s level clinicians, clients learn to respond to challenging situations with new, more effective coping skills. This enables Clients to phase out thought patterns that are recognized as negative and unhealthy. These new skills are learned and practiced throughout the recovery process.
