Confidentiality is important to Hickory Recovery Network’s mission and our behavioral health and substance use disorder treatment centers are fully committed to respecting your online privacy.

Information collection, use, and sharing

While using our website and any services or features provided by us on the website, we may ask you to provide us with certain personally identifiable information that can be used to contact or identify you (“Personal Data”).  You may also choose to provide additional information or publish other date or postings on messaging, discussion boards, or other features of the website provided now or in the future (“User Postings”).  Usage data may also be collected automatically when using the website.  When you access the website or related services or features by or through a mobile device, we may collect certain information automatically including, but not limited to, the type of mobile device you use, your mobile device unique ID, the IP address of your mobile device, your mobile operating system, the type of mobile internet browser you use, unique device identifiers and other diagnostic data (collectively, “Usage Data”).  Personal Data, User Postings and Usage Data are collectively referred to as “User Information.” 

We are the sole owners of the User Information collected on this site. We will not sell or rent this User Information to anyone.

You have the right to delete or request that we assist in deleting your Personal Date or User Postings.  Certain features or services of our website now or in the future may give you the ability to delete User Postings from within the service.  You may also contact us to request access to, correct, or delete any Personal Data that you have provided to us.  Please note, however, that we may need to retain certain information when we have a legal obligation or lawful basis to do so.
