    Samantha Faulkner, Executive Director

    Samantha Faulkner is the Executive Director at Hickory Treatment Center of Rockville. She has a bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice and Human Services and is currently obtaining her master’s degree.

    Samantha is extremely driven and passionate about helping those who battle with addiction. She is dedicated to being a positive influence in the lives of those around her. Samantha is hard-working with several years of experience in both addiction and treatment. She is mindful in creating a positive and healthy atmosphere where employees and clients feel comfortable.

    Samantha is eager to help clients, their families, and her employees with any challenges they face during their time with Hickory Treatment Center. She continues to advocate for recovery and is dedicated to educating others about Hickory Treatment Center of Rockville.

    Richard Tilford, RN/DON

    My Name is Richard Tilford. I am an RN/DON for Hickory Treatment Center of Rockville. My passion ever since my first rotation of clinicals in nursing school has been behavioral health and detox Treatment. I know that this is what I was created to do. My goal all my life has been and will always be to help and encourage people achieve their goals and dreams in their heart and to maintain sobriety. I am truly honored to be just a small part of a client’s journey and recovery. I believe laughter and compassion are my best tools that I bring to every situation.

    Raina Blaylock, Behavior Coordinator

    Meet Raina Blaylock, the Behavior Health Coordinator for Hickory Treatment Center in Rockville. Raina attended Vincennes University for Criminal Law. Raina began her career in addictions by working for Indiana State Parole. She developed a passion for working with individuals who battle addiction. Raina is driven and motivated to maintain a professional environment for both staff and clients.

    Tamara George, Therapist

    Hello! My name is Tamara and I am a therapist with Hickory Recovery in Rockville. I have a Master’s Degree in social work. I moved to Indiana from Illinois two years ago where I had my Certified Alcohol Drug Counselor credentials and am transitioning over. My career consists of 17 years’ experience in chemical dependency and mental health treatment. My career goals include gaining my LCSW and LCAC. I love working with substance abusing clients and am in recovery myself; I feel this allows me to empathize with clients struggles to becoming substance free.

    Nikki Waterman, Therapist

    Nikki has a Master’s in Psychology, and she is currently working towards her LCAC. She has worked in the social service field for 22 years. Helping people has always been Nikki’s passion. She feels that working in this field is her calling, as she loves to help those in need. Nikki is proud to be part of the Hickory team to help clients change their lives and enter sobriety.

    Tara Waldrop, ADON

    Tara began her career in the medical field as a CNA in 2015. She then continued her education, attending Ivy Tech Community College in Terre Haute, Indiana. Tara graduated in 2018 with her LPN. Tara has worked in various fields, with addictions being her passion. She is detail oriented and truly values those individuals who are battling addiction. Having worked in this field for a year and eight months, Tara says it is an extremely rewarding job and seeing the difference you can make in someone’s recovery.

    Jonathon Hernandez, Assistant Behavior Coordinator

    Jonathon is the Assistant Behavior Coordinator for Rockville and has been with HTC Rockville since its opening. He has a Bachelor’s Degree in Criminology. Jonathon became interested in this field early on, finding motivation through those closest to him. Jonathon says that working at Hickory is a great experience because the atmosphere is light-hearted, professional and goal-driven. Jonathon enjoys interacting with the clients and staff alike.
